@EarthLink Dear EarthLink, while they’re working on the outage please have them add better spam filters. I shouldn’t have to buy extra space storage to accommodate all the spam I’ve reported over and over again.

But I am furious now that I know it is Trive Capital, private-equity a-holes running the show. They aren't spending the money for tech, obviously, as they try to gussie up the balance sheet.

@EarthLink Checked my Webmail. No emails. Haven't received one since Noon today. Tried sending from account. It doesn't arrive at test account. Tried receiving from other account. It doesn't show on Webmail. And I don't get a failed notice. Mail still doesn't work AT ALL.

@EarthLink This is not just a ‘delay to logging into to Webmail and MyAccount’ which is how you list the outage on your site. Everyone emailing me (for business!) is getting bounced messages. This is last straw for me with EarthLink. A 9 hour email outage and still counting!!

@TomOCallaghan_ @EarthLink Several email correspondents have reported emails bouncing back from my @Earthlink email address past ten hours or so. I suspect all emails, incoming and outgoing from today's outage are lost forever. Sure would be nice if ELN provided some clues, but they're generally clueless.
