Words really cannot dothis place justice. Ihave been using this Walgreens location for years. Everyone who works here iskind, considerate and the customer service isamazing! Iwould rate it10stars ifpossible.
When Imoved out ofMinneapolis, Itried towork with alocal Walgreens but had nosuccess. Got placed onhold for long times, the pharmacist could get myprescription right and Inever received ananswer tomy questions.
I reached out toWalgreens atAllina and they were able tog
et everything done and completed onthe first call. Amazing customer service!!Thank you toall the staff there who really know how totreat customers and perform atsuch ahigh level!

I would receive acall from one ofthe pharmacist aweek before mymedication’s would beready for pick upand wewould goover all ofmy medication’s and make sure everything was up-to-date sometimes ifneeded Iwould inform them onany changes that might have needed tomade inreturn They would call mewhen the order was ready and Iwould come into pick mymedication’s Iwould get all the way home only tofind out that two orthree ofmy medication’s were missing and then would have togo back upto the pharmacy toget the rest ofmy medications Sometimes They would tell methat amedication was not instock and that Ihad tocome back ata later date toget them attimes Ifeel like Iwas being rationed onmy medication tothe point ofmissed doses they seem tojust put your medication‘s inany kind away almost like they just throw them inthe bag there was always anissue with myinsurance even when Ifound out what the problem was and had itcorrect there were still problems ofgetting things approved there computer system atthis location isnot always the most reliable orup-to-date mymedication’s were always getting delete itout ofthe system The treatment from the staff itis extremely questionable sometimes you don’t know ifyou’re being nice toyou orunder handedly offensive And condescending Isay this because Ihave myown personal information repeated back tome ana joking manner which atno time Iever found funny Ican’t think ofthe times Ihad tobite mytongue and it’s not comforting toknow that they have knowledge ofpersonal and information ofall oftheir clients Icould gointo alitany ofdetails but needless tosay The behavior Comes off very immature and most ofall unprofessional your clients should belooked atas your own personal experiments and considered aspersonal private jokes Icame tothis pharmacy around mid October of2013and asof two weeks ago left inJune 2021almost 9years close toa decade Ijust got fed upand decided togo toanother pharmacy this behavior does not speak for the The staff asa whole there are generally some nice people that work here and Walgreens overall it’s agood company but this location definitely needs some work and most some improvement… – show

The store itself through the front are byno means horrible, asto why I'm rating this 1star. Myonly issue and why I'm rating this 1star, isthat after hours onthe phone and going back and forth with the pharmacist for mymedication, apparently itwas “misplaced” or“lost” through the process orbeing prepared. Idon't know how that happens and how noone can behelped accountable for that, but obviously seems precautions and security measures for medication islackof.

I've been going tothis Walgreens for years. The staff isamazing. Did Imention amazing? Very knowledgable and compassionate peopletoo. The one staff member, Jamie, does tend totalk alot about tennis, but that's only because Iegg heron. She isan amazing pharmacist. Ihighly recommend this Walgreen's.

I've been using the Walgreens Pharmacy inUptown (above B-Dubs, Darbar, Game Stop & T-Mobile) for about 8years now and can honestly say they have the best team and kindest customer service Ihave ever come across. They are socaring and courteous that Ifeel like I'm getting special treatment but that's how they are with everyone. They check inwith meand even send myprescription refills tome atwork (no charge) soI can sign for them and they don't get stolen from myapartment building. Ifyou want some awesome service for achange, stop inand see them. They've done wonders for mywell being and mywallet!… – show
