Boardman, Ohio, United States
Power went out to nearly 2,500 homes and businesses, with most of them in Boardman on June 26th. As of 4 a.m. June 27th, the utility still reported 29 outages. Officials say that a power line fell onto other lines and started to spark at a substation on Boardman-Canfield Road, causing the outage.
