I had a good experience. Everyone was friendly , I didn’t have to wait. Dr was friendly and cared.

My regular doctor could not fit me, and this urgent care was much better than my doctors office ; I was in and out in under an hour with exceptional service. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I was able to book an appointment easily on line. I just had to do a follow up and have some stitches removed. Very quick and easy.

I woke up on a Friday morning feeling miserable and was regretting my decision to wait until Friday afternoon at 3 PM to try to schedule a medical appointment. Thankfully, when I called the NextCare on 59th and Union Hills, Kenzie, answered the phone. She was so nice and attentive and was able to get me scheduled within an hour. She even took the time to find me in the system and I did not have to register as a new patient saving me a lot time since none of my information had not changed even though I had not been to the office in 10 years!Once I got to the office, Kenzie got me checked in fast even though I had to fill out a few items. I only had to sit in the waiting room for about 10 minutes before I was called back to a patient exam room. Once I was in the patient room, the tech’s (I can only remember one of their names, Isabel) who took my vitals were very kind and listened to me describe my symptoms as they completed the required procedures.When the tech’s were done, the PA, whose name was Cara, came in right away and listened to me describe my symptoms and took her time to answer some questions. After she completed her evaluation of my symptoms, asked some questions, she provided some insight and then proposed a treatment plan. All of my prescriptions were called in to the CVS accross the parking lot and were ready for pickup before I was done.All of the staff and the care I received was excellent during my visit to NextCare. This visit to NextCare was easier than my regular doctor. I will certainly not wait another 10 years before returning again.
