Health and fitness apps are both mobile applications that aim to help people manage their health and well-being. However, they differ in the specific features and functions they offer.
A health app is generally designed to help users track and manage various aspects of their overall health, including medication schedules, symptoms, doctor's appointments, and medical history. Some health apps also offer tools to help users manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, by tracking symptoms and monitoring health data.

On the other hand, fitness apps are focused on helping users track and improve their physical fitness and activity levels. This can include tracking steps taken, calories burned, distance traveled, and workout routines. Fitness apps may also offer training programs, personalized workout plans, and tracking of progress over time.
In summary, a health app is more focused on managing overall health and medical information, while a fitness app is focused on tracking physical activity and improving fitness. Some apps, however, may offer features from both categories.
