Tap My Watch, go to General> Language & Region, tap Custom, then choose a language.
To add a language, tap Add Language, then make a choice.
Note: In supported languages that use grammatical gender, you can choose your term of address to specify how you would like to be addressed throughout the system (feminine, masculine, or neutral).

If the screen is in list view, swipe to the bottom of the screen, then tap Grid View. Or open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, tap App View, then tap Grid View. Touch and hold an app, then drag the app to a new location. Press the Digital Crown when you're done.
With the watch face showing, touch and hold the display, then tap Edit. Swipe left all the way to the end. If a face offers complications, they're shown on the last screen. Tap a complication to select it, then turn the Digital Crown to choose a new one—Activity or Heart Rate, for example.
On your Apple Watch, press the Digital Crown to go to the Home Screen. If the screen is in list view, swipe to the bottom of the screen, then tap Grid View. Or open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, tap App View, then tap Grid View.
Although it's possible to wear your Apple Watch on either wrist without changing anything, having the wrong wrist orientation will prevent various system and health-related features—such as Wake on Wrist Raise and taking an ECG with your Watch—from working correctly.
On your watch, navigate to and open Settings, tap General, and then tap Orientation. Note: You can also access these settings in the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. Select Left or Right under Wrist. Then, select Left or Right under Key position.
