Astrariums are strange Tevinter devices strewn about in threes around different locales across Thedas. Solving the three Astrarium puzzles within a locale grants you access to an Astrarium vault containing rare pieces of gear, Mosaics, and other items. You'll need to unlock and complete all 15 to get the achievement.

According to our investigations, each of the astrariums could point to the secret cache if one knew the three constellations that mapped to each device present at the site. Connect the dweomers in the correct configuration, and it would be revealed.

Getting to the Dragon

The Northern Hunter is a level 13 lightning dragon located South of the Three Trout Farm Camp in Crestwood. You must close the rift in the lake and drain the lake before you are able to find and kill the dragon.

Jana – You can find Jana at the Crestwood village in one of the houses. She will want to join the Grey Wardens but if you have Solas with you he will convince her to join you instead.

You can find the demon in a dilapidated house in Old Crestwood, and should've bumped into him while trekking through the Still Waters side quest. Make your way to the Flooded Caves and hand a can of whoop ass to the Rage Demon in here before reporting back.

10 Crestwood — Northern Hunter

The nearest fast travel point is Caer Bronach. The recommended player level is 13 or above, but the Northern Hunter is considered to be the easiest High Dragon to defeat in the game. She has resistance to electricity but is weak to spirit attacks.

East Side Hills

To the north-west of the Village of Crestwood and the rift near the North Gate, there's a fisherman's shack at the shore of a lake. Here the Assassin Lady Sear can be found, waiting outside, and guarded by some Black Steel Scouts.

So I've finally found all three assassin leaders in Crestwood: Black Fens: to the south of the map, when facing the castle with the dragon go right (Fat Masters) East Side Hills: by a lake north-east of the North Gate camp (Lady Sear) Flats: next to the astrarium on the left side of the map.
