Hi, I’m Kenniqua, Wife, Mom, CEO of K & D Jones Client Services LLC, and serial entrepreneur who loves creating, designing, and sharing my knowledge to help other entrepreneurs achieve success in their lives and businesses all from my little corner of the internet!
I quit my 9-5 call center job in 2015 diving head first into entrepreneurship to have the freedom to live on my terms, spend more time with my family, explore my natural talents, and earn an income without a ceiling.
And while all of that sounded good (in my head)… Believe me when I say…” There’s no overnight success here”. My first year of business didn’t start with me having everything figured out. I knew nothing, lol. I was suffering financially, I wasn’t clear on my service offerings, unsure who my ideal clients were… and I sure wasn’t experiencing freedom as I worked way more in my business than I did at my 9-5 job.
But I didn’t let that stop me because one thing I did know… I wasn’t going back to my 9-5 job! So, as Marie Forleo says “Everything Is Figureoutable”.
With the help of my husband and family, I rolled through the ebbs, took notes from the missteps, pivoted when needed, invested in my education, worked on my craft, created several digital products, honed in on my ideal client and services, and came out the other side as a way better entrepreneur that is now doing what I love…
Empowering other female coaches, creatives, and service providers to go after what they want and just do the thing!!!
(And I’m blessed I’m able to do this every week to over 10K subscribers on the KenniquaJ YouTube channel). And over the years of running my business, designing numerous websites, and coaching. …this is what I’ve learned.
My clients needed more than a strategically designed website... Our website designs set our clients up to gain leads, book discovery calls, and sell their services/products. BUT! We found that clients’ back-end systems were a mess or non-existent.
That means there was no automation, workflows, or process set up to support the leads that were coming in from the website… making our clients work so much harder than they needed to and missing out on potential client opportunities. That’s when I took my love of systems and tech and crafted our offers to support our clients fully, Crafting The Perfect Recipe For Their Front and Back-End Of Business.
Our clients not only have a strategically designed Squarespace Website, but now we can automate their workflows and processes, and even set up their Honeybook CRM where they can manage all of their clients’ workflows, contracts, invoicing, projects, proposals, automation, booking, and much more…
Saving them hours every week! And allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.
Oh and by the way… I do all this by working only 20 - 25 hours per week.

Hi! I’m kenniqua
⚡Love grabbing a Wawa iced coffee or Capacciono on my way to the office to start my day.
⚡When I’m not in the office you’ll likely find me relaxing at home with my husband and girls watching my favorite TV shows Law & Order SVU and the Simpsons.
⚡I owned a clothing boutique called “Danique’s House Of Fashion” at the age of 23 (and promoted my business on Facebook and Myspace, lol) all while working full-time in a call center.
